House B Living

This 1,500 sqm villa is the result of a close collaboration between TITUS BERNHARD ARCHITECTS, ENZO ENEA, M2ATELIER, and STUDIO SARY SFLO, where architecture, landscape, and interior design merge into a cohesive contemporary living environment. Defined by refined materiality, precise proportions, and abundant natural light, the residence expresses understated luxury through timeless design.

The architecture by Titus Bernhard is characterized by clean geometries, generous volumes, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing frames the landscape designed by Enzo Enea, where mature trees, bamboo, and carefully curated planting create privacy while strengthening the dialogue between the house and its natural surroundings.

The interior continues this architectural language through a restrained palette of stone, timber, and bespoke detailing. A sculptural fireplace anchors the living space, acting as both a focal point and a subtle room divider, while carefully selected furnishings reinforce a sense of quiet elegance. Curved white walls, concealed doors, and black timber screens create fluid transitions throughout the home, balancing openness with spatial definition. A floating metal staircase within the double-height atrium exemplifies the project's architectural precision. Bathed in natural light throughout the day, it becomes a striking sculptural element at the heart of the residence.

Sary Saflo led the complete interior design of this bespoke private residence from concept through realization during his role as Head of Interior Design at Titus Bernhard Architekten, in close collaboration with M2Atelier.
