This villa, inspired by the rich Najdi architecture in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is a refined expression of minimalism and modern design. The facade is deeply rooted in Najdi tradition, characterized by thick walls for thermal insulation, simple geometric forms, carefully positioned windows, and the use of natural materials. The design emphasizes a gradual transition from privacy to openness: the street-facing facade is mostly solid, while the rear facade opens up through large windows and doors that connect to the pool and garden.

The ground floor is divided into two zones with separate entrances: one for guests,Majlis rooms, and one for family, offering open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. Simple materials blend modern finishes with regional character. Upstairs, three master bedrooms surround a central patio that provides natural light and ventilation reinterpreting the traditional courtyard for modern comfort and climate response.
